a nice stay
attentive staff underground walkway clean room b r i g h t l i g h t
The staff were so attentive and kind throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the convenience of the underground walkway that connected directly to the train station (it was perfect for avoiding the cold!). i found the room to be clean. It added to the overall sense of relaxation i needed.
the bright light switches near the bed were a bit bothersome at night. they shone quite intensely and slightly disrupted my sleep.

The check-in service was quick and efficient. A staff member offered assistance with our luggage. they provided directions to the emergency exits and were readily available to assist with anything needed (a very thoughtful touch!).

The hotel's location offered direct underground access to the subway. This made getting around very easy. i appreciated having multiple restaurants to choose from for breakfast. The variety was excellent and suited various tastes.
